    As a Pre-Workout Aid - mix two scoops (45 grams) with 8-12 ounces of water or your favorite beverage 30 to 60 minutes prior to exercise/athletic event.

    As a During-Workout Aid: - mix two scoops (45 grams) with 8-12 ounces of water or your favorite beverage and slowly sip on throughout your workout; Anabolic Raptor’s unique formula will stay mixed up with no clumping during your entire workout!
