Directions
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, it is suggested that CreA3 be taken on an empty stomach and in between meals to replenish Creatine Phosphate stores within skeletal muscle. Because of its highly concentrated formula, no loading phase is required and usage can be limited to a single daily serving or a maximum of 2. Single serving size is 1 scoop (approximately 25 grams).
Training Days: Take 1 serving (25 grams) in 8-10 oz of water 15-30 minutes prior to workout/training session. Repeat with another serving consumed with 1st post-workout meal/beverage.
