What is Package Delivery Insurance?

Insure your package arrives every time. For $1.99 your package delvery is guaranteed, no questions asked. $1.99 covers your package 100%. If you package is ever lost, stolen or damaged during shipping it is replaced and re-shipped at no cost to you.

*Does not cover USPS International Shipments

What is USPS Priority Mail?

This option must be used for P.O. Boxes and APO addresses. Also this may be used if you do not want your order shipped by UPS. There is no tracking available on this option. There may be addition fees due to location and weight. We will contact you if there is.

What is International Postal shipping?


If you pick this option, we will ship your international package by United States Postal service. THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEED SERVICE. It may take up to 2 weeks to get your product. Once we give it to the post office we can't track when or if it gets to you. For GUARANTEED delivery, choose International UPS.

What is International UPS shipping?


If you pick this option, and your package is under 3 lbs, we will use UPS. It will arrive in 2-7 days and is GUARANTEED. You can track your order on our site with your ORDER number. You will see when it is scheduled for delivery to your address. If your order is over 3 lbs. we will email you the shipping rate for your approval.

Western Union.

We have to ask you to verify your credit card on an international order. We will only ask you to do this once as long as you use the same credit card on each order. Feel free to use "Western Union Online" to send us your payment. That may be a faster way to get it to us. If we receive a Western Union check, we will ship that day. No verification is needed. Click on the Western Union Logo to send your payment through them. Put Paramount-Supplements.com 5130 Crookshank Rd. Cincinnati, Ohio 45238 as the billing and shipping information.

When will my order ship?

We process orders Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. We get most orders out the same or next day. If we use UPS, you will get an email from UPS and one from us when your order ships! If your item is on back order, it will be shipped in 2-3 days. If we have a problem getting your product in stock we will notify you by email!

If I order "NEXT DAY AIR" when will it arrive?

That depends on when you place the order. If you order the product late Friday night, then we will ship it Monday. You should then receive it Tuesday. If you order it early Wednesday morning we will ship it Wednesday and you should get it Thursday. If we are backordered on something you want next day air, we will notify you by email and give you the option of waiting and still using next day air or changing to ground shipping. We try to get your order out ASAP! We utilize real time shipping prices based on package weight and size.

How much is shipping?

Most items go ground UPS in the continental US. We utilize real time shipping prices based on package weight and size. Our policy is that we will ship your products as you order them. If the weight is higher, we may have to charge more for shipping. The cost then will depend on the weight of your order. If is too high we will email you first.

What about international orders?

We do ship international. You have 2 shipping options, USPS and UPS. See above for details. We will charge your credit card a "TEST" amount and ask you to verify that amount. This is a security feature. We may ask you to fax us your picture ID. After confirming your credit card, we will process your order. If the weight is high it may cost more.

What about customs in my country?

It is impossible for us to know every countries customs poicies. It is up to YOU to check your countries customs policies and only order IF it is accepted into your country. We cannot refund an order if it is taken by your country. If it is returned to us we will then issue a refund following our posted return policies.

How do you ship to the military?

We use the U. S. POSTOFFICE. They get it to the military and they take it from there. It is difficult to tell you how long it takes due to where you may be in the military. We utilize real time shipping prices based on package weight and size.

How do you sell items so low?

We have very low overhead and we buy in large quantiites. We like to pass this savings on to you and hope you stay with us as a long term customer.

Can I order by phone, fax or mail?

Yes! Call 1-888-674-8558 and we would be happy to take your order! You can fax an order to 513-451-7902, you can also mail a money order to Paramount-Supplements.com 5130 Crookshank Rd. Cincinnati Ohio 45238!

Do I get a tracking number from UPS?

Yes! When we process your order, you automatically get a tracking number emailed to you from UPS to see the progress of your order! We need an acurate email to get this to you. You can also track your order on our site using your Supplementstogo order number.

Are these the same products we see for twice as much on other sites?

Yes! As stated above, we want your repeat business. We have been in the Supplement Business for 17 years. We are here to stay. We want your business today and tommorrow. We will only carry products we believe in! No fakes!

How do you bill my credit card?

It will show up as Paramount-Supplements.com.

What type of packaging is my order shipped in?

We understand the need for privacy so our orders are shipped in brown boxes or padded envelopes with our logo on the front.

SHIPPING All in-stock orders are shipped within 24-48 hrs. If an item is out of stock and is not expected within 48 hours, we will email you and give you a projected ship date. Please make sure you provide a correct shipping and email address on your order. UPS charges $5.00 for incorrect or misspelled shipping information. This will be charged to the customer's credit card. UPS also charges an additional $2.50 for rural deliveries, this will be charged to the customers credit card. [back to top]

DOMESTIC SHIPPING All domestic orders are shipped via UPS ground or US Priority mail. This service takes 2-7 business days depending on what part of the country you are in. We utilize real time shipping prices based on package weight and size. Shipping to a Post Office box may require additional insurance, this will be added to your to shipping charges. All changes in shipping will be updated on your order.

UPS next day air and 2nd day air, and 3 day select are available. Please realize that it may take 24 - 48 hours to process your order, and that UPS doesn't pick up or deliver on weekends or holidays. By shipping with one of the above selections you will get your package sooner than by shipping ground, but not necessarily in 1 - 3 days. Average cost for next day air is $24.99 up to 2 lbs. Average cost for 2nd day air is $19.99 up to 3 lbs. Average cost for 3 day select is $11.99 up to 3 lbs. If you order exceeds these weight limits the additional fees will be added to your shipping charges. Your shipping charges will be adjusted based on your location and weight of package.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We ship all orders outside the US by U. S. Post Office Priority mail. This is the standard shipping method. We utilize real time shipping prices based on package weight and size. If you want a different method let us know in the comments section or email us. Other methods can be very expensive. Shipping and handling costs may be added to the order during processing. Orders are usually shipped US Post Office unless otherwise requested. If you need to know shipping cost prior to our processing please email us. Please make sure your email address is correct. We at Paramount Supplement cannot track US Air and Surface shipments. We also cannot guarantee delivery of these shipments and no refunds will be given on lost or damaged shipments. It is the customers responsibility to make sure that any product ordered is legal in your country. Any order confiscated is the responsibility of the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to know your countries policies on importing products. If a product is returned to ParamountSupplements.com by your country, we will refund the cost of the product as long as it is not damaged but not the cost of the shipping. Delays in international shipping are typical and lead times can extend beyond 8 weeks. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes due on shipments. If customer refuses to take delivery on an order they are still responsible for all charges incurred from the order. ParamountSupplements.com reserves the right not to ship to a particular country due to custom laws and regulations. We also may ask for extra information to verify you are the credit card holder.
