Directions For MoodPak Relax: As a dietary supplement for adults, begin by taking 1-2 capsules to assess your individual tolerance. Thereafter consume 3-4 capsules for a more pronounced effect. Product is most effective when consumed on an empty stomach or with light food. Do not consume more than 2 four-capsule servings in any 24 hour period.
