Have heard of Mr. Smith? No, I am not talking about LL Cool J, who's physique has taken on a ripped-up bodybuilding look over the past few years. Probably doesn't hurt the album sales....ya know?
Actually I am talking about 2005 Junior Nationals Light heavyweight Champion.
Orlando had a great year in 2005 including a big win at the Natural Northern Ohio Drug Tested Championships. Orlando took the overall title! Can you guess what happened at the Team Universe Competition last August 05? You guessed it, Orlando again took the top spot in the light heavyweight division.
Orlando also said one of the highlights of his life was competing overseas in the 59th IFBB Men's World Bodybuilding Championships in Shanghai, China. Besides pumping iron, Orlando also pounds the pavement as a Cincinnati Police Officer. As you can probably imagine, training, dieting, and keeping the streets safe in Cincy must be hard to juggle. But Orlando keeps it all together, and is one of the nicest men you will ever meet. {Unless you happen to be breaking the law!}
Congrats on a great year in 2005 Orlando! Good luck in the future and keep us posted. By-the-way, keep and eye-out for Mr. Smith....he just may be winning a show near you!!
