Get Primed before You Workout!

I am often asked what supplements can be taken before a workout to enhance strength and endurance. Also the fat burning effects of these supplements.

Commonly used pre-workout supplements include creatine & arginine products for strength and increased pumps. Other pre-workout supplements include thermogenic or stimulant products. These improve workout intensity, fat burning, & mental concentration.

There are many pre-workout supplements that are effective at accomplishing this. One of them is Satur8 Rush by ISS. This is a great tasting drink that combines creatine, arginine, and insulin enhancers such as taurine & glycomcyamine. Another option is Super Pumped 250 by Gaspari Nutrition. This also contains thermoginc fat burners such as caffeine and ginseng.
