    Directions: To assess your tolerance: Begin by consuming 1 scoop of Ragnarok mixed with 4-6 ounces of cold water. Wait 30 minutes to assess your tolerance in sensitivity. If appropriate, after 30 minutes consume one additional scoop of Ragnarok mixed with with same amount of water and assess your tolerance again.

    On Training Days: Once tolerance has been assessed, mix one to two scoops of Ragnarok mixed wth 4-6 ounces of cold water. Adjust the level of water to acheive desired taste. For maximum results, take on an empty stomach void of protein, atleast 2 hours after meals of one hour after a protein shake, 30-60 minutes prior to training. May be taken with simple carbohydrate beverage.

    Non-Training Days: Mix one scoop of Ragnarok with 4-6 ounces of cold water and consume on an emtpy stomach. May be taken with carbs.
