How to use The Liverator:

Take The Liverator 3 times daily with meals. Space out your intake throughout the day – we recommend every 5-6 hours.

If you're taking The Liverator for general detoxification purposes, there is no need to cycle the product. If you do go off The Liverator for a brief period of time, make sure it is not at times of high exposure to pollutants and toxins (i.e. traveling, illness, signigicant alcohol use, etc).

If you’re a bodybuilding who is going to be undertaking a pro-hormone cycle, commence treatment with The Liverator when you start your cycle and continue The Liverator treatment for approximately 1 month after your cycle.
